Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Almanzar Media, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the website and services.

We provide web design and development services. All services are subject to separate service agreements that will be provided at the time of engagement. The scope, timeline, and pricing for services will be outlined in individual project proposals or contracts.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

  • Payment is due according to the schedule outlined in your service agreement
  • Late payments may result in suspension of services
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but changes will not affect projects already in progress

Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the site for any purpose other than that for which we make the site available. The site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

As a user of the site, you agree not to:
